TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Season Challenge Baller League UK
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Season Challenge Baller League UK
I. Competition
The organizer of the competition “Season Challenge Baller League UK” is Kickbase GmbH, Pariser Straße 25, 81667 Munich.
Participation in this competition is exclusively subject to these terms and conditions. By participating, the participant acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
II. Process
The organizer is hosting a competition during the competition period (Baller League Season).
The competition, where participants can win a prize over the course of the season, spans the entire Baller League season. The competition period is as follows:
- Start: Matchday 1 of the Baller League (March 24, 2025, 6:00 PM)
- End: Matchday 12 of the Baller League (June 2, 2025, 11:00 PM)
To participate, participants must perform the actions described in Section III before the start of the first game on each matchday. The official Baller League schedule serves as the reference for timing.
III. Participation
To participate, participants must be registered users of the Kickbase app (“Kickbase Account”). Within the Kickbase app, they can join the “Season Challenge Baller League UK” and take part in the competition. Specifically, participants must create a team consisting of six real Baller League players. Scoring for the competition is based on the cumulative points achieved during the best three matchdays.
Each participant is allowed to participate with only one Kickbase Account. Creating additional accounts with the intention of entering them into the competition is not permitted. If the organizer discovers multiple accounts from a single device, it reserves the right to disqualify all related accounts without providing further reasons.
Participation in the competition is free of charge—except for transmission costs incurred according to the participant's chosen mobile or internet provider—and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. Additional costs may arise to claim prizes (see Section VI).
IV. Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons residing in the United Kingdom, aged 18 or older, with a Kickbase Account. Participation is not limited to existing customers of the organizer; individuals who create a Kickbase Account after the start of the competition are also eligible.
Participants with limited legal capacity require the consent of their legal representative to participate.
Employees of the organizer and all individuals involved in the design and implementation of the competition, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its sole discretion if valid reasons exist, particularly in cases of:
(a) manipulation related to access to or conduct of the competition,
(b) violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) unfair behavior, or
(d) false or misleading information provided in connection with the competition.
V. Exclusion from the Competition
The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from the competition—retroactively if necessary—in the event of violations of these terms and conditions. The same applies to individuals providing false information about themselves.
Individuals using unauthorized aids or otherwise gaining advantages through manipulation may also be excluded retroactively. In such cases, the organizer may revoke and reclaim prizes after they have been awarded.
VI. Prizes, Notification, and Delivery of Prizes
Season Prize
At the end of the Baller League Season UK, a prize will be awarded to one participant.
If two participants achieve the same score, the participant with the lower team value (i.e., the participant who required less budget to assemble their team, as calculated cumulatively over the best matchdays) will be ranked higher. If multiple participants have both the same score and team value, the winner will be chosen by a random draw. Legal recourse is excluded.
All winners will be notified promptly via the email address provided during Kickbase Account registration.
Cash prizes will be transferred via bank transfer. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Physical prizes will be sent by post after contacting the winner. Digital prizes, such as subscriptions, will be delivered via email.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prizes.
If a winner does not respond within three weeks after two reminders from the organizer, providing the following details:
- Full name
- Postal address (if the prize is delivered by post)
- Confirmation of being at least 18 years old,
the organizer may award the prize to the next-ranked participant.
VII. Early Termination of the Competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons. This applies particularly if circumstances arise that disrupt or prevent the planned conduct of the competition, or if technical (e.g., computer system viruses, manipulation, or hardware/software errors) or legal reasons prevent proper execution of the competition.
VIII. Facebook Disclaimer
This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, or organized by Facebook in any way. Each participant fully releases Facebook from any claims arising from participation in the competition.
IX. Data Protection

The organizer collects and processes participants' data as the controller under the GDPR. - Processed Data and Purpose of Processing
